OC Pathways is a workforce development initiative that connects Orange County students and young adults with career exploration, paid work experiences, and education pathways. Through partnerships with schools, employers, and community organizations, OC Pathways helps participants build real-world skills, gain industry exposure, and prepare for long-term career success in high-demand fields.

In collaboration with OC Pathways through the Orange County Department of Education, we support workforce development initiatives that connect education to career pathways. OC Pathways is part of a countywide effort recognized for advancing Career Technical Education (CTE) and building strong industry partnerships that prepare students for high-demand careers. Through this partnership, we provide paid apprenticeship opportunities, helping develop the next generation of skilled educational professionals.
Our work with NOVA Academy further demonstrates our ability to design and implement impactful programs at scale. NOVA Academy has been recognized for its commitment to academic achievement and college readiness, with a strong emphasis on serving diverse student populations. By leading their summer enrichment programming, we delivered structured, high-quality learning experiences that served dozens of students daily, reinforcing both academic growth and student engagement.
